SymIndia, along with Ranganathan S, started
Symbiosis (SymIndia’s original name) in
the year 1993, to realize their dreams and vision
of building a consulting organization that would
meet the highest technical and management needs
of the IT industry.

Meena has a Bachelor of Engineering
degree in Electronics and Communications from
Guindy, Madras. She also holds a Post-Graduate
Degree in Management from the Indian Institute
of Management, Bangalore (Gold Medalist). She
has several years of Industry experience in
various technology domains, having worked for
companies like Wipro, Citibank, Citicorp Software,
and Deutsche Software etc.

Meena specializes in Microsoft Technologies
with particular focus in COM, .NET Technologies and Servers
such as BizTalk Server 2004, MCMS 2002, SQL Server 2005,
Commerce Server 2002 etc. She has in-depth knowledge of
Microsoft technologies, starting from Windows 32 API to
the latest, .NET enabled suite of Servers from Microsoft.
She has conducted several intensive workshops on these technologies
to clients like Wipro, Satyam, Infosys, Cadence Design Systems,
Siemens, Honeywell, Pivotal, HCL technologies, HP India,
SAP India, Genisys etc.
Meena has in-depth industry
experience in Object oriented technologies and Application
design and development using Design Patterns. She conducts
trainings with industry focus in the areas of OOAD, UML and
Design patterns. She also conducts training on SDLC phases
like Requirements Gathering, Requirements Management etc.
The profile of the participants, with whom Meena interacts
in her programs, includes Senior Architects, Designers, Developers,
Project Managers, QA personnel and so. She provides rich perspectives,
tailored to the specifics needs of every type of audience
she meets.
She has been a regular invited speaker (invited regularly
by Microsoft India) to talk on state of the art technologies
in forums like PDC, TechEd, and Software Architect Meets,
Product launches etc. She has been associated in such events,
every year, since 1998 with Microsoft India, both in the design
as well as delivery of various sessions. She has received
excellent feedback ratings consistently across the years and
events.
She has done high-end consulting and training workshops in
Microsoft technologies to almost all the clients that SymIndia
has built a relationship with in the past. She has, for example,
conducted code review of more than 100 COM components. The
consultancy domains that she specializes in include Architectural
Reviews, Design and Code reviews and Performance Tuning.
Meena meets specialized requirements made by clients effectively.
She has designed training kits, Question Banks on various
Microsoft technologies to various clients.
Meena, with her unquenchable thirst for knowledge, loves to
read on diverse topics, loves classical music, and plays the
violin. She loves to keep herself updated continuously about
developments in various technology domains across the world.
